個人簡介

2008年博士畢業于中國農業科學院研究所院,獲得作物遺傳育種博士學位。2008年至今,在中國農業科學院蔬菜花卉研究所工作。目前研究的主要內容是通過對蔬菜病原物基因組,轉錄組,代謝組等組學的研究,并結合分子實驗的方法揭示蔬菜——病原物互作的分子機制。研究興趣涉及病原物基因組的變異,致病基因的表達模式以及真菌次生代謝產物。近年來主持國家自然科學面上及青年基金各一項,以骨干身份參與院創新工程,973等多個項目的研究。在PLOS PATHOGEN等雜志上發表SCI論文20余篇,獲得授權專利三項。

科研情況

本人一直致力于蔬菜病原物基因組學研究,主要研究內容為通過高通量測序的方法及分子生物學實驗揭示蔬菜-病原物互作的分子機制。在土傳病害方面,我的主要研究對象是根結線蟲和枯萎病菌。我們首次利用三代測序技術組裝出了高質量的南方根結線蟲,爪哇線蟲等根結線蟲的基因組,通過比較基因組及轉錄組,我們發現根結線蟲毒性片段拷貝方式的變異,是根結線蟲毒力進化的主要原因。我們利用高通量二代測序技術對12個專化型的枯萎病菌 的基因組進行測定,并率先利用三代測序技術對這些基因組進行了優化提升,獲得的組裝基因組達到了染色體體水平,并且成功的組裝了與致病相關的14,15號染色體,發現枯萎病菌致病與14號染色體的效應子相關。另外,我們通過比較基因組,揭示了淡紫擬青霉中一個抗線蟲相關化合物的次生代謝產物合成途徑,相關成果發表在plos pahtogen上。近年來,主持自然科學基金兩項(編號:31000922,31571962),主持行業科技子項目一項,主持十三五露地蔬菜雙減項目子課題4,累計經費360萬元。另外,參與院創新工程,973等多個項目的研究。近年來,發表相關論文20余篇,其中以第一作者發表SCI論文10余篇,獲得授權專利一項。
